Go Green!

According to a 2011 Dairy Research Institute study, less than 10% of children get the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables each day! And adults don’t do much better. Kathy Parry – Your Real Food Coach wants to change that.  March is National Nutrition Month and Kathy wants everyone to GO GREEN.  Through web-based information, Facebook contests and free recipes, Kathy hopes to educate both adults and children about the importance of green vegetables.

Kathy, a nutrition activist and mother of four, is concerned about the health of children and adults.

According to Dr. Mark Hyman, “Food is the most powerful medicine available to heal chronic disease, which will account for over 50 million deaths and cost the global economy $47 trillion by 2030. All you need to do is eat your medicine and think of your grocery store as your pharmacy.”  Schedule your interview with Kathy to share this important health information!

Kathy Parry started her business because she is passionate about helping others eat well so they may feel well.  “Eating well is a key component to our health,” says Kathy, “and I’m troubled when I see so many people who don’t understand the importance of eating a variety of real foods.”

Kathy is the author of The Ultimate Recipe for an Energetic Life.  She is a keynote and event speaker, teaches classes, coaches children, teens and adults, and offers corporate wellness programs.
