Joseph & Kathleen Guyaux to be Honored for their
Dedication to the CLO Guild & Pittsburgh Community
CLOE Award to be Presented at the Pittsburgh CLO Guild Ball
Pittsburgh, PA • May 20, 2016 – The Pittsburgh CLO Guild is proud to announce that Joseph and Kathleen Guyaux will be honored with the CLOE Award for Community Service at the 61st Pittsburgh CLO Guild Ball on June 4 at the
Wyndham Grand Hotel.  The CLOE award was established in 2011 to recognize and celebrate individuals who have made significant contributions to our community.
Joe and Kathy Guyaux have devoted their lives to philanthropic efforts that have benefited Pittsburgh CLO and other notable organizations in our region, such as the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and Duquesne University. This year, after a distinguished career of more than 40 years in pivotal senior leadership positions, Joe is retiring from PNC and from his role as Chairman of the Board of Pittsburgh CLO, which he held for 9 years, leading the organization to a new level of unprecedented achievement, including the Paris and Broadway premieres of An American in Paris, and the founding of the Pittsburgh CLO Cabaret Theater and The National High School Musical Theatre Awards.
The 61st Annual Pittsburgh CLO Guild Ball, co-chaired by Heidi and Joe Orlando and Laurie and Rich Mushinsky, will be held on Saturday, June 4 at the Wyndham Grand Hotel and will showcase our summer production of CHICAGO with a themed evening titled “Razzle Dazzle’em.” This incredible evening will include the sale of “Pink Boxes,” a Silent Auction, dynamic performances highlighting the 2016 Pittsburgh CLO Summer Season, dinner and dancing.
Proceeds from the Ball support Pittsburgh CLO’s arts education programs such as the Pittsburgh CLO Academy of Musical Theater, CLO Summer Internship Program and the CLO Mini-Stars. The Guild also offers college scholarship assistance to deserving students pursuing the performing arts.  For additional information or ball reservations, please contact Andrew Frey at 412-281-3973x234 orafrey@pittsburghclo.org.
