Pittsburgh, PA… The George R. White Studio  in Pittsburgh Opera Headquarters will be transformed into an intimate New York City-style  cabaret space for a night  of bawdy revelry! Our versatile Resident Artists  will entertain you with a mix of Broadway numbers, novelty  songs, madcap medleys, and  jaw-dropping surprises! It’s your chance to see  rising opera stars as you’ve never  seen them before.

In addition to performing principal  roles  in a fully staged production (Il Matrimonio Segreto, running  January 24 - February  3), our Resident Artists  cover  principal  roles  and perform comprimario roles  in Pittsburgh Opera's mainstage productions each  season. They also appear in interactive musical presentations to students in the  Pittsburgh area and  beyond, entertain at community functions, and  maintain a fast-paced audition and voice competition schedule. Nicole  Rodin, Meredith Lustig, and  Juan  José de León  have  all recently advanced to Regionals in the  Metropolitan Opera National Council competitions, while Kyle Oliver   was awarded a $5000

Career Development Grant  for 2012-13  from the  Sullivan Foundation.
