New Year, New Stores at South Hills Village

New Year, New Stores at South Hills Village

PITTSBURGH, PA—2013 promises another year of exciting changes for South Hills Village. Last year was full of retailer additions, renovations and expansions—the new two-level Dick’s Sporting Goods at the North end of the mall, redesigned stores like The Limited, New York & Company, Victoria’s Secret, and Bath and Body Works, and brand new retailers such as Bare Minerals and 2b. South Hills Village is starting off 2013 by adding more to the growing list of shopping and dining destinations for the South Hills Community.

The Upper St. Clair Target—set to open March, will offer guests the everyday essentials and exclusive brands they have come to expect from Target. In addition, it will include a selection of fresh produce, fresh packaged meat and pre-packaged baked goods to further enhance the shopping experience for Target guests.

On Monday, January 14th, Bonefish Grill will open its first restaurant in the Pittsburgh market at South Hills Village.  This freestanding, contemporary establishment, located between Target and Route 19, features an innovative, seasonal menu—including traditional and unique varieties of fresh fish and seafood. Diners will enjoy the house specialty, Bang Bang Shrimp, and Pecan Parmesan Crusted Rainbow Trout, as well as wood-grilled, non-seafood selections. They also offer tasty libations such as the Winter White Cosmopolitan and the Bonefish Martini, craft beers and adventurous wines.  Bonefish Grill will be open for dinner seven days a week.  Their hours will be Monday through Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. with a Sunday brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Vera Bradley infuses vibrant color into all aspects of women’s lives and now will be bringing a pop of color to the mall in their new space, on the lower level South Wing.  The store will feature many of the brand’s favorite offerings including handbags, luggage, totes, and desk and cell phone accessories.
“It is so exciting to begin the New Year with the opening of these new shopping and dining attractions for the South Hills Community,” said Jennifer Carroll, South Hills Village Marketing Director. “These new retailers will be key destinations for our customers and are just the first in 2013 to be added to the already-impressive list of shops and eateries at South Hills Village.”
