PSO PERFORMS MUSIC OF ‘THE KING OF POP’ AT HEINZ HALL IN NOVEMBER
Tickets for ‘The Music of Michael Jackson’ go on sale Monday, Sept. 17; concert Nov. 27
PITTSBURGH – The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra (PSO) will bring the music of “The King of Pop” to Heinz Hall in a concert of fabulous music spanning 40 years of Michael Jackson's influential and celebrated career.
The concert, “The Music of Michael Jackson,” will begin at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 27. Tickets, ranging from $25 to $85, go on sale at 9 a.m., Monday, Sept. 17. They can be purchased by calling the Heinz Hall box office at 412.392.4900, or visiting www.pittsburghsymphony.org.
From his early years with the Jackson 5 to his mega-hit album, Thriller, and beyond, Michael Jackson stormed the music industry with hit after hit. “The Music of Michael Jackson” takes concertgoers through each era of this storied performer, from ABC, I'll Be There and Got To Be There through Beat It, Thriller, Rock With You, The Way You Make Me Feel and many more hits.
