Viewers continue to celebrate the mouthwatering desserts and not-to-be-missed Valastro family moments occurring in bustling Hoboken, NJ, home of Carlo’s Bakery, which celebrated its 102nd  anniversary this summer. In addition, in December 2010, TLC premiered the spin-off series, “Cake Boss: Next Great Baker” where Buddy challenges bakers from around the country to compete for a chance to work alongside the Valastro family at Carlo’s. TLC’s “Next Great Baker” launches a new season on November 26th.

Buddy’s third and latest book, “Cooking Italian with the Cake Boss: Family Favorites as Only Buddy Can Serve Them Up” (November 6, 2012) introduces 100 of Buddy’s delicious, essential Italian-American recipes—from his grandmother’s secret dishes to his personal specialties he makes for his own children—with signature touches that make everyday meals into memorable family events. Psychic Medium Theresa Caputo Live at Heinz Hall

Theresa Caputo Live!
Star of TLC’s ‘Long Island Medium’ appears at Heinz Hall
Saturday, Oct. 27
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 14

PITTSBURGH – Theresa Caputo, psychic medium and star of the hit TLC show, Long Island Medium, will be appearing live at 8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27 at Heinz Hall.

Theresa will give interactive readings to audience members throughout the show and will also share personal stories about her life and her unique gifts.

Tickets, ranging from $43 to $63, go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 14. They can be purchased by calling the Heinz Hall box office at 412.392.4900 or visiting pittsburghsymphony.org. A limited number of $128.25 VIP tickets, which include a post-show meet-and-greet, will be available. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a reading.

Long Island Medium began its third season Sept. 9 on TLC. The show follows Theresa’s life as a typical Long Island wife and mom, except for one distinct difference – her ability to communicate with the dead. Since she cannot “turn off” this gift, messages can come through at any time and the local car mechanic, manicurist or cashier at the bagel shop may find themselves receiving a spontaneous reading from Theresa as she goes about her daily life. The show also covers how Theresa copes with the special challenges that her unique abilities create for her husband of 22 years, Larry, and her two children, aged 17 and 21.
Theresa has been a practicing medium for 10 years and is a certified medium with the Forever-Family Foundation, an organization dedicated to connecting science with the afterlife. She helps individuals find closure by connecting them with their departed loved ones. For Theresa, this is not just her job... this is her life.
