Discover how much fun it is to sing with the Sounds of Pittsburgh Chorus.

Our chorus is part of Sweet Adelines International, a worldwide organization of women singers who meet regularly to rehearse, socialize, perform and sing a cappella music, barbershop style.  Each week, Sweet Adelines International encourages women all over the world to reach their full singing potential.  There are unlimited training and educational opportunities as well as spectacular performance and entertainment possibilities.

Join us any Monday evening at 7 pm to experience the joy of singing with 65 other women.

Rehearsals are at the Coraopolis United Methodist Church, 1205 Ridge Ave., Coraopolis, PA 15108.

In honor of “Barbershop Appreciation Day” the Sounds of Pittsburgh Chorus; Sweet Adelines International is extending an invitation to all women in the Tri-State area to join them on July 29th for a “Christmas in July” rehearsal.

In addition to learning Christmas songs in four-part barbershop harmony to appear with the chorus on their December 14th annual show, those who attend the five rehearsals prior to September 1st will be invited to sing the National Anthem at PNC Park for the Pirate game.

Come enjoy an evening of song, meet some new friends and enjoy refreshments and lively conversation. Rehearsals are held in the Coraopolis United Methodist Church, 1205 Ridge Avenue, Coraopolis, PA 15108. Directions available on our website www.soundsofpgh.org or phone Mary Ann at 412-279-6062.

Join the award winning Sounds of Pittsburgh Chorus for an evening of singing, feasting, getting acquainted, and all-round fun on Mondays, January 21st and 28th, 2013.

Sweet Adeline International choruses all over the world are holding Global Open Houses to encourage women of all ages to experience the joy of a cappella singing in the barbershop style.

The Sounds of Pittsburgh chorus is directed by David Wallace, a Master Director and music arranger who also is a member of the men’s International winning quartet, Rapscallions and his new quartet, The Jones Boys.
